Science has proven that our learning becomes more effective when more levels of our brain are
addressed at the same time. Tour extrem utilizes this knowledge by applying the method of
experiential and activity oriented learning. This method supports participants through physical
and sensory experiences that reach far beyond cognitive learning.
In order to convey such learning experiences, we create an experimental space outside the realm
of normal work routines, often in a natural setting. This educational setting challenges
participants to scrutinize themselves and their being and move away from traditional thought
and activity patterns. At the same time, the setting inspires them to reactivate their resources,
strike new paths and further develop their communicative and cooperative capabilities.
